Imagination Yoga Community Programs
President Barack Obama once said "Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek". Imagination Yoga is where big dreams boil over and inspiration is the driving force. It is with this passion and drive that we run our company, as well as our own lives. Whether it is cleaning up our local parks and neighborhoods or smiling at a stranger on the street; we know that every positive action we take, will create a happier and safer world to enjoy.
We had an Imagination Yoga community clean-up event on the streets of North Portland. On January 19th 2009, MLK jr. day, The IY team hit the streets to help clean up and make an impact in the local community.
In a very short amount of time, over 50 pounds of garbage was collected and a small piece of Portland was clean. In the months ahead, we plan to have many more community outreach activities- working toward the dream of a happier and healthier planet.
